Job Purpose
To prepare detail cost estimation of steel processing equipments.
To obtain offers from sub suppliers/vendor for various purchase items.
To Maintain cost data for various past projects.
To assist Sales managers for pricing.
To co-ordinate with sub-vendors whenever required.

Timely completion of cost Estimations
Self & Subordinate Development
Key Responsibilities
Preparing of cost estimation of processing lines / Rolling mill project for sales.
Identification of critical problems and work out with specified time frames
Verifying the requirements from the project sites/plants with respect to electrical/automation spares.
Acquiring knowledge, skills and timely updating of data's for estimation & projects
Qualification and Experience
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production Engineering from a reputed university with around 7-10 years of post-qualification experience in large/heavy engineering & manufacturing industry preferably of similar nature.
Good knowledge of Machining Process & Estimation of costs of Heavy Machineries.
Operating knowledge of SAP is a must
Technical Competencies:
Thorough knowledge of Raw material market price trends, Machining process and estimation of heavy machinery manufacturing such as steel plant equipment.
Knowledge in reading the technical drawings.
