Job Description
Oversees day to day operational activities, interfaces between group management, peer ops teams, and various corporate departments (HR, Finance, Legal), and provides counsel to senior management in assisting with people related issues and/or driving business decisionmaking processes while ensuring compliance with financial, legal and corporate policies and overall organizational structural health. Facilitates the planning and coordination of initiatives and processes for multiple business teams with the goal of driving alignment within the organization and delivering on company goals. Supports and/or leads the management of operating mechanism(s) for monitoring the global health of business. Leads health of business reviews with leaders to maintain alignment of programs and technical solutions to the strategic roadmap and within designated budgets. Identifies opportunities to decrease costs and drive productivity by improving operational effectiveness across company sales, contracts, account management, compliance, engineering, finance and operations teams. Contributes to development and implementation of consistently compliant and efficient business operations management policies and practices. Leverages internal and external research to solve problems ranging in complexity, relating to the operation of the business, if required. Works closely with technical departments to design, control, and manage the technical process and operational integrity of technological services, if required. Works as an individual contributor or a people manager, leading a team of business operations professionals with complete ownership of their work deliverables and performance.
Qualifications

- Bachelors or Master's degree in Electrical /Electronics Engineering or computer science , MBA is plus
- 10
- years experience in Business Analyst, Operations Manager, and/or Program Manager and 4
- specific to Business operations in large organizations and working with global teams
- Strong collaboration and communications skills, ability to effectively communicate with and influence executives and senior technical leaders
- Ability to lead execution teams and provide operational support to the engineering teams from Pre-Silicon to End-of-Life
- Truth and Transparency in communicating with all levels displaying highest ethical standard
- Customer Obsession, analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skill is complex business situations.
- Leadership skills to build relationships, earn respect, and gain influence across organizations.
Inside this Business Group
Corporate Strategy Office is chartered to support the executive office in driving corporate initiatives, including near and long-term strategy, major cross-group decision making and ensuring cross-company alignment. To deliver to that mission, the team owns shaping, driving and synthesizing insights to directionally orient trends as well as long range strategic planning/visioning , cross company alignment and greenfield innovation. Communications are essential to drive alignment so there is a focus on communications, community and acumen development. The team is ccommitted to ensuring that Intel efforts are aligned to, and actively driving success toward the most impactful business strategies.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
