The Role:

A Ventures & Acquisitions (V&A) Communications Post Merger Integration (PMI)Specialist will be working as part ofM+C V&A PMI team, this position will support the V&A .

We are looking for a marketing and communications professional who can effectively partner to deliver a strategic and centralized PMI approach for a broad range ofacquisitions across various locations from announcement to full integration through collaboration, strong planning, stakeholder management and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• AV&A Communications PMI Leadwill be responsible incollaborating with the leader responsible for post-merger integration (PMI) right from the deal phase to create a solid plan for integrating the new acquisition.
• Identify specific areas that need special attention during the integration process.
• The Ventures & Acquisitions (V&A) Marketing and Communications (M&C) team have to work effectively in executing the PMI integration plans, ensuring all the important goals are met.
• Build strong relationships&collaborate closely with various teams within the organization.Including business units, acquisition leaders, and the global Marketing and Communications team.

Skills Required:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational, program, time and management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation, conflict management and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a virtual, problem-solving environment.
• Ability to work effectively, and at speed, across functional and geographic groups with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to participate in meetings outside of regular business hours to accommodate other time zones.
• Sensitivity to the cultural variances across different countries.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related.
• Minimum of 5-6 years of experience
