Job DescriptionWe're looking for a skilled UX Designer to join our team, who can distill complex business requirements into intuitive design solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of our business needs and be able to translate them into seamless user experiences. The UX Designer will be responsible for crafting the overall product functionality and user interface, conducting user testing and gathering feedback from stakeholders, and iterating and refining designs to ensure exceptional user experience.
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Facilitate the products vision by researching, conceiving, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Experience designing solutions for Websites and Mobile Apps.
Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Balsamiq, etc. and design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator etc.
Basic HTML5 and CSS3 skills are a plus.
Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet products needs and vision.
Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation.
