UX/UI Designer

Location:Bangalore

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Propose and sketch out a range of visual concepts both on paper and using software applications

Translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes and user flows using specialist tools such as but not limited to Figma, Adobe CS.

Work on cross-platform applications to develop user experiences covering mobile phones, tablets and computers

Work collaboratively with other designers, development teams, product managers

Create from inputs user interface design, architecture and functionality according to usability best practices, standards-compliant design and most importantly, user tested data.

Contribute to and help manage team assets, such as pattern libraries and style guides.

Assist team to plan and conduct remote and on-site user research and usability testing with real users to ensure the end-product design provides users with the optimum experience in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, and engagement

keep up to date with technological innovations and new tools.

QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years of experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or related field.

Graduate degree/Diploma in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or other relevant fields.

Strong visual, conceptual and executional skills.

Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Adobe CS.

Effective written and verbal communication

A dazzling portfolio demonstrating strong craft and design process.

Experience working with complex or enterprise applications is a plus
