Responsibilities :
- Plan and conduct user research activities such as quantitative surveys, usability tests, diary studies, and interviews.
- Partner closely with key stakeholders across design, engineering, data science, and leadership to establish trust and deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Analyze and synthesize both quantitative and qualitative user data and insights to inform design decisions and strategy.
- Communicate and present research findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders, including product teams, senior management, and external clients.
- Mentor and coach junior researchers and designers on user research methods and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver user-centric digital solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Human Computer Interaction and UX Research
- Proficiency in a variety of user research methods and tools, such as qualitative and quantitative analysis, remote and in-person testing, prototyping, and data visualization.
- Experience with online survey platforms, such as Qualtrics, Survey Monkey
- Experience in applying Design Thinking methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Proficient in conducting user research
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with user testing
- Relevant degree or certification in UX Design or related field
- Experience in designing for core data UX is a plus
Location :
We are hiring now Remote & Contract Basis for the initial months, then will plan for the full time role. If required for the projects, we need you at our office in koramangala, bangalore for the project collaborations with our UX team & Clients.
