As a UX Lead you will have dual role,
- You will driving UX for one our product
- Lead UX practice and mentor fellow UX designers in Mangalore development centre.
As a UX designer, you will play a pivotal role in both defining the user experience and crafting the visual presentation of our innovative software solutions.
Technical Skills:
- At least 5 years of combined experience as a UX Designer with a portfolio that showcases a deep understanding of user-centred design principles and a keen eye for aesthetic detail.
- Experience working in SaaS products with customer global customer base specifically in Europe and USA
- Experience crafting product experiences and driving Product Concretization sessions with stakeholders
- Demonstrable skills in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for digital products.
- Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and other AI-based design tools, capable of defining UI components and creating comprehensive design systems across platforms.
Expected Skills:
- A Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Information Science Engineering, or equivalent.
- A strong grasp of responsive design principles, ensuring our software delivers a consistent experience on any device.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to bring your designs to life.
- An understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
