As a UX Intern, you will be instrumental in driving our conversion strategy. You'll use your analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities to optimize our website's performance, improve user experience, and boost conversion rates. Your work will directly impact our bottom line and help us achieve our business goals.
Conduct in-depth analysis of website data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, and user session recordings to gain insights into user behavior and website performance.
Perform competitive analysis to understand industry standards and benchmarks.
Develop and implement A/B and multivariate testing strategies to optimize landing pages, product pages, and checkout processes.- Create and manage conversion funnels, ensuring they are optimized for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to align conversion strategies with overall business objectives.
- Implementation and Testing:
Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses related to user experience and conversion optimization.
- Implement changes based on test results, and monitor their impact on conversion rates and other key metrics.
Utilize tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or similar platforms for running tests and analyzing results.
- Reporting and Optimization:
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to conversion rates and user engagement.- Provide actionable recommendations and insights to improve website performance and achieve conversion goals.
Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies are up-to-date and effective.
3+ months of internship experience in UX, CRO
- Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) and A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
