Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand behavior and needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Develop personas and usage scenarios for design solutions.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and metrics.
- Define and maintain design systems and guidelines.
- Participate in user testing and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders.
- Ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across all products.
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
- Advocate for the user by crafting user-centered designs.
- Contribute to strategic decisions related to product roadmap and features.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
- Demonstrable UI/UX design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Experience with user research methodologies and best practices.
- Understanding of information architecture and interaction design principles.
- Knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
- Ability to create visually appealing designs with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous.
- Experience in conducting user testing and translating insights into design improvements.
