InnoWave as a technology solutions provider, committed to creating impactful digital experiences for the clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented UX Designer/Graphic Designer with a passion for design and an eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Develop and maintain UI mockups and interactive prototypes for both web and mobile applications.
- Design marketing materials, including social media graphics, banners, presentations, and other collateral.
- Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and iteratively improve designs.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design assets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in UX/UI design or graphic design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma or Sketch.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
