Role and Responsibilities:

User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and understand user behavior, needs, and motivations.

Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that reflect a deep understanding of user experience principles.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.

Feedback Integration: Incorporate user feedback and testing results into design iterations to continuously improve the user experience.

Visual Design: Ensure a cohesive visual design language across all products, maintaining brand consistency.

Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation, including user flows, personas, and design specifications.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in UX design, preferably in the gaming industry.

Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions and processes.

Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and solve complex design challenges.

Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month
