Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement impactful user experiences
- Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs for digital products and services
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across platforms
- Conduct usability tests and gather feedback from users to iterate and improve designs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute design strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio of design projects that showcase your design process and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
- Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
