Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct persona research, define user experience, and test mock-ups & prototypes independently, iterating towards best-in-class user experience. Each day, you will work with and guide software development team on implementation details and ensure full compliance with design guidelines. You will also showcase your expertise by developing sketches of product design including all phases of structuring, labeling, and wireframing.

This role is contributing to the Process Control Platform in Bangalore region. You will be mainly accountable for:
- We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to design software and platforms that meet people's needs. You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UI/UX and other technical projects is essential. Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.
- Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software
- Proficient in design software (e.g. Figma, Balsamiq)
- Understand product specifications and user psychology
- Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs
- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
- Adopting various methods, such as interviews with users/stakeholders, competitive analysis, online surveys, and focus groups to develop design guidelines.
- Identifying new methodologies and creative ways of user interaction for intuitive and simplified navigation tailored to different personas and their needs.
- Guiding and ensuring the categorization of information and its coherent organizational structure of the information architecture to support human-computer interaction, high usability, accessibility, and user friendliness.
- Identifying and setting UI/UX design patterns to organize matter for usability improvement, minimal interactions for navigation, simplification of data entry and minimizing errors and to enhance the user experience.
Qualifications For The Role
- You are immersed in Ability to think creatively and come up with UI design and UX concepts in
- Industrial Automation market
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role .You should have 6 to 10 years relevant experience in UX/UI design.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of HTML5/CSS; Angular platform and JavaScript is a plus. Proficient in design software (e.g. Figma, Balsamiq)
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- Degree in BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- You are at ease to Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
- You should hold India-specific VISA/work permit.
