Job Description

Lead and manage the design team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture.

Develop and implement design strategies that align with the companys objectives and standards.
Oversee the entire design process, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality standards are met
within deadlines.
Run design thinking workshops with clients in both pre-sales and project execution scenarios.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and external partners,
to ensure cohesive user experience across all platforms.
Provide expert guidance and feedback to designers, helping to develop their skills and careers.
Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and tools to continuously improve the teams output and
efficiency.
Handle a global clientele, be adept at working in a cross-cultural environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience (typically 4+ years) in a design leadership role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a
variety of projects.
Expertise in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Canva).
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and developing talent.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex design
concepts clearly and persuasively.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
