Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI Developer to join our dynamic team. As a UI Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent visual design skills, and proficiency in front-end development technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, product managers, and back-end developers, to create seamless and visually appealing user experiences.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with UX designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Translate wireframes and mockups into responsive and interactive web and mobile interfaces.

Develop efficient and reusable front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. Ensure seamless integration with back-end systems and APIs.

Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal user experience across various devices and screen sizes.

Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the UI code to ensure fast and smooth user interactions. Optimize code for maximum speed and scalability.

Ensure compatibility and consistency across different browsers and devices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to browser compatibility.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, back-end developers, and product managers, to bring designs from concept to implementation.

Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Conduct thorough testing of UI components to identify and address bugs and issues. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure a high level of software quality.

Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI development. Continuously enhance skills and knowledge to contribute to the team's success.

Qualifications:

4+ experience as a UI Developer or similar role.

Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).

Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UI/UX best practices.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.

A portfolio of previous UI development projects is highly desirable.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
