What do we expect from you
As a UX Copywriter at Novatr, you will:
- Craft clear, concise, and user-focused copy for digital interfaces, including websites, apps, and emails.
- Collaborate with designers and product teams to ensure content aligns with user needs and business objectives.
- Develop microcopy that enhances user experience, such as button text, tooltips, and error messages.
- Conduct user research to understand audience pain points and preferences.
- Test, analyze, and iterate on content to optimize user engagement and satisfaction.

You're good at:
- Writing user-centric, actionable, and intuitive copy.

Extra Awesome if you are:
- Familiar with tools like Figma, Sketch, or other design platforms.
- Experienced in A/B testing and using analytics to refine copy.
- Knowledgeable about UX principles and usability testing.
Required Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience as a UX Copywriter, Content Strategist, or similar role.
- Proven ability to write copy that improves user engagement and drives business goals.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, user journeys, and content management systems.
What is mandatory
- A portfolio showcasing your UX writing projects, including examples of microcopy, landing pages, and in-product messaging.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and present ideas effectively.
What is not mandatory
- Prior experience in Ed-Tech, though it's a bonus if you've worked in fast-paced industries.
