KeyResponsibilities:

• LeadUXdesignprojectsfromconcepttocompletion,ensuringthedeliveryofhigh-qualitydesignsolutionsthatmeetuserneedsandbusinessgoals.
• Conduct in-depth user research, map out user journeys, and apply data-backed insights to create designs that solve real user problems and exceed their expectations.
• Conductusabilitytesting,anddataanalysistoinformdesigndecisionsandimproveuserexperiences.
• Conduct and lead requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders, business, and development teams
• Createwireframes,prototypes,andhigh-fidelitydesignsthateffectivelycommunicatedesignconceptsandinteractions.
• Collaboratewithproductmanagers,developers,andotherstakeholderstoensureseamlessintegrationofdesignsolutions.
• Utilizedatavisualizationtechniquestopresentcomplexinformationinaclearandengagingmanner.
• IntegrateAI-driveninsightsandtoolstoenhanceuserexperienceandpersonalisation.
• Stayupdatedwiththelatestindustrytrends,tools,andtechnologiestocontinuouslyimprovedesignpractices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor'sorMaster'sdegreeinUXDesign,InteractionDesign,HCI,orarelatedfield.
• Minimumof5yearsofexperienceinUXdesign,withastrongportfolioshowcasingyourdesignprocessandoutcomes.
• ProficiencyindesigntoolssuchasAxure,Figma,AdobeXD,andprototypingtools.
• Experiencewithdatavisualizationtoolsandtechniques.
• KnowledgeofAIandmachinelearningconceptsandtheirapplicationinUXdesign.
• Excellentcommunication,presentation,andcollaborationskills.
• Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingabilities,withauser-centricmindset.
