User Experience Lead

This is a full-time remote role as a User Experience Lead. As the User Experience Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of user-centered software interfaces. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing design best practices. By leveraging your expertise in user experience design, you will ensure that our software solutions deliver exceptional user experiences.

• User research, wireframing, and prototyping skills
• Proficiency in UX design tools and software
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles
• Experience in conducting user testing and analyzing user feedback
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the software industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
