User Experience Engineer

From being one of the largest phlebotomist networks in India in 2015, to pivoting to telemedicine services after demonetization in Dec'16, LetsDoc is at present a company that facilitates one of the highest doctor consultations through its technology platform. The founding team has created a robust, efficient, low cost and profitable solution to ensure access to quality healthcare for the masses in India.

Continuing with its endeavour the team has now dedicated a portion of its profits to create an open-source healthcare delivery information system for the bottom of the pyramid.

Role Description

We are looking for passionate user experience/frontend developers to work with us to achieve our goal of world class access to healthcare and healthcare technologies at the bottom of the pyramid across the world.

This is a full-time on-site role as a User Experience Engineer at LetsDoc Healthcare Technologies Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru. As a User Experience Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and improving user interfaces and experiences for our digital products. You will collaborate directly with the product owners to understand user needs, conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, iterate on designs based on user feedback and develop your own designs. Your role will also involve analyzing user data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize the user experience.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and HCI (Human-Computer Interaction) concepts
• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Experience with user research techniques including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Understanding of front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a related role
