Key Responsibilities:
- Lead End-to-End Design: Own the entire design process from discovery and user research to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.Translate insights into actionable design solutions.Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, brainstorm ideas, and deliver the best solutions.
Good experience working with presales teamGood experience in estimations, UX proposals, PowerPoint presentations, user journey creationPrototype Development: Build interactive prototypes in Figma and validate design concepts with real users.
- Design Systems: Contribute to or lead the creation and maintenance of scalable design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms.Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques, and apply them to improve our design processes and deliverables.
- Experience in mobile and responsive web design.
Strong visual design experienceRequired Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 to 12 years of experience in UX/UI/Product design
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Design Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and other design/prototyping tools.
- Prototyping: Expertise in creating low to high-fidelity prototypes for user testing.
- Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate design concepts and rationale clearly.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for designing innovative solutions to complex user problems.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of user-centered design processes, UX best practices, and a history of successful projects from concept to execution.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) and the ability to work effectively with developers.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- A strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design.
