Job Description:

Stonecraft is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences that align with the brand voice and values of Stonecraft. The UI/UX Designer will work closely with the Marketing, Design, and Development teams to develop user-centric designs that support business goals and promote the Stonecraft brand.

Responsibilities:

Develop and design wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for digital platforms including website and mobile applications

Collaborate with the Marketing, Design, and Development teams to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs

Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and SEO

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

3+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Ability to conduct user research and usability testing

Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Understanding of SEO best practices and accessibility guidelines
