User Experience Designer

This is a full-time on-site role for a User Experience Designer at our Hyderabad location. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as conducting user research, applying design thinking principles, creating visual designs, prototyping, and implementing user experience strategies. The role will require collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and user-friendly digital experience for our clients.

• User Research, Design Thinking, and User Experience (UX) skills
• Visual Design and Prototyping skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with user-centered design methodologies
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
