Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and user-centered design processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and visually compelling designs for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and project requirements.

- Create user personas, wireframes, prototypes, catalogs, banners, and high-fidelity mockups.

- Design and deliver engaging user experiences and interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

- Conduct user research, and usability testing, and analyze user feedback to improve product design.

- Develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guide.

- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 3-4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar software.

- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work for web and mobile applications.

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.

- Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).

- Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS) is a plus.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
