Portfolio with UX case study in portfolio / Experience in CX/UX Design (enterprise)
Skillset & Experience
- 4-6 years of experience in UX Design. Degree (Bachelors, Masters) in UX Design (e.g., industrial), HCI, or a related field from a reputed Design Institution like HFI (or similar)
- Deep understanding of fundamental visual and interactive design disciplines and principles
- Ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively Experience with various design and prototyping tools. Hands-on experience with Figma and Adobe XD is desirable
- Vastly skilled in web interface design focused on brand alignment and user journey experience
- Strong attention to detail, and capable of delivering engaging and targeted designs
- Creative and analytical approach
- Knowledge of industry tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Zeplin
- Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences
- Ability to work independently, handling schedules in fast-paced, multi-project environment
- Experience conducting user research and usability studies.
