Job Summary:
Luna Joy is seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing/Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to driving our mission to support women's mental wellness by enhancing our marketing strategies and sales processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong marketing acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mental health advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote Luna Joy's services and mission.
- Develop engaging content for various platforms, including social media, email marketing, blog posts, and website updates.
- Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, content, and training to effectively communicate Luna Joy's value proposition and services to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to optimize efforts.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical providers, operations, and IT, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute webinars, workshops, and other events to engage with our community and promote Luna Joy's services.
- Maintain and enhance Luna Joy's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to create compelling content for various platforms.
- Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Passion for mental health and women's wellness.
