Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer at Kumori.ai, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our AI-driven products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to understand user needs, conduct user research, and translate insights into innovative design solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and Evaluate User Requirements:Collaborate with product managers and engineers to collect and analyze user requirements.
- Illustrate Design Ideas:Use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to visualize design concepts.
- Design Graphic User Interface Elements:Create menus, tabs, forms, widgets, and other interface elements.
- Develop UI Mockups and Prototypes:Clearly illustrate how sites and applications function and look.
- Conduct User Research:Perform user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Iterate on Designs:Refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing results.
- Ensure Consistency:Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images to maintain a consistent brand experience.
- Collaborate with Developers:Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.
- Stay Updated:Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Portfolio:Strong portfolio showcasing your design projects, including web and mobile applications.
- Design Tools Proficiency:Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
- User-Centered Design:Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Communication Skills:Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
- Problem-Solving Skills:Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Agile Experience:Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
