Job Description

We are seeking a creative and experienced UX/UI Designer to lead the design efforts for our Vendor Life Cycle Management SaaS product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, with a keen eye for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Design user-centric interfaces for our SaaS product, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma

- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to understand user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions

- Work hand-in-hand with our software development team to ensure proper implementation of designs

- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

- Develop and maintain a consistent design system across the product

- Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends and best practices in SaaS product design

Requirements

- Bachelor's or master's degree in design from National Institute of Design (NID) or similar program from reputed institute

- 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products, preferably SaaS applications

- Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools

- Strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design projects

- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies

- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing

- Ability to effectively communicate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Familiarity with Agile development processes

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

- Experience in designing enterprise software or B2B SaaS products

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles

- Understanding of vendor management processes and workflows

Location and Work Arrangement

- Primary location: Bengaluru

- Work arrangement: Primarily work from home, with occasional in-office days for collaboration and meetings
