Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centric design and possess a strong understanding of UI/UX principles along with some prior experience in graphic designing. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience across our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
UI/UX Design
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces using Figma.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions, making strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
- Work closely with the product team to iterate on the design of features and functionalities, ensuring a seamless user experience from start to finish.
- Conduct user research, leverage existing data, explore heatmaps, analyze funnel drops, and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability and appeal of our products.
Graphic Design
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to create visual elements such as logos, banners, advertisements, and other marketing materials that align with our brand identity.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure that all graphics and designs are in line with our brand guidelines, acting as the gatekeeper for brand consistency across all visual communications.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on various campaigns and projects, providing creative ideas and solutions for print and digital media.
- Manage and execute all graphic design tasks, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification
- At least a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field or relevant work experience to compensate for the degree.
Experience
- Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of design projects, including work with Figma.
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Experience in conducting user research, analyzing existing data, exploring heatmaps, and analyzing funnel drops to make data-driven decision making.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
