User Experience Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us design exceptional user interfaces and experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of website and SaaS dashboard design, with a focus on intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. You will be working closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate ideas and business needs into engaging design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design user-centric website landing pages that effectively communicate the product or service and drive conversions.

Create intuitive, scalable SaaS dashboard designs with a focus on user experience and easy navigation.

Leverage and utilize components from the existing design system or data base to maintain consistency acrossprojects.

Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are feasible and implemented as envisioned.

Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.

Optimize the use of Illustrator for graphic assets, making smart use of existing designs while ensuring brand consistency.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply feedback to refine designs.

Ensure all design work aligns with business goals and user needs, keeping in mind performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.

Stay updated with UI/UX best practices, tools, and industry trends.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and SaaS designs.

Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design, wireframing, and prototyping.

Illustrator: Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and HTML / JSS/ CS

Design Systems: Experience working with design systems and reusing components from a database or design library. Remote Work: Ability to work independently and collaborate with team remotely.

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a user-first mindset.

Work Schedule:

Full time, remote work model

Monday to Friday, 9 hour per day.

Years of Exp: 2 - 5 years of Experience.

Education: Graduate / Post Graduate

Salary Range: Based on Interview, Assignment & Last Drawn CTC.
