trust with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
5. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize
on sales opportunities.
6. Analytical skills to assess sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven
decisions.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8. Prior experience in the automotive or financial services industry is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement regional sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales
targets and objectives for the Used Car loan segment within the designated region.
2. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers, providing guidance,
coaching, and support to ensure individual and collective success.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize target markets,
customer segments, and sales opportunities within the Used Car loan segment.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including used car
dealerships, automotive auctions, and other relevant partners, acting as the primary
point of contact for sales-related inquiries and support.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify
opportunities for product improvement and business expansion within the region.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective processing of Used Car
loan applications, delivering a seamless customer experience.
7. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics, providing insights
and recommendations to senior management.
8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales
activities and transactions within the designated region.
