Job Description
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Factors Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design Research or related discipline, or equivalent professional training experience
Experience with Usability standards and guidelines such as IEC 62366, FDA Guidance for Human-Factors and HE75
Experience with human-centered design methods, such as focus groups, interviews, contextual inquiries, usability evaluation, documentation, and reporting
Lead the Team of Usability Engineers, Drive the engagement, responsible for Delivering High Quality deliverables, Customer Collaboration & Satisfaction, Managing Distributed Teams
Demonstrable usability experience from relevant companies, agencies, institutions, or own consultancy
Independently working on project activities with a good understanding of budget and time constraints, driving efficiency, and facilitating design quality reviews
Working together with or consulting business stakeholders, actively managing relationships, challenging the status quo to drive innovation, and stepping up for the user
Fluency in English
You are responsible for
Plan and execute the human-centered design process in alignment with project stakeholders
Understand and specify the context of the use through best-practice usability methodology
Evaluate design concepts and prototypes with the involvement of representative users
Analyze, document, and communicate insights from user feedback in a clear and effective way
