Job Summary:

We are seeking a Usability Analyst to evaluate and improve the user experience (UX) of products and services. You will conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and provide recommendations to enhance product design.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct usability tests on websites, apps, and software products.

Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Work with design and development teams to implement usability enhancements.

Create usability reports and provide actionable insights.

Stay current with UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience with usability testing and UX research tools.

Strong knowledge of human-centered design principles.

Ability to analyze and interpret usability data.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Familiarity with design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma).
