Sanver is excited to announce the launch of Visa Box Office, a new venture specializing in visa processing and immigration consulting for the USA. We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Visa Executive to join our team in Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
- Process visa applications for the USA, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Guide clients through the complexities of US visa requirements, providing expert advice and consultations.
- Research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of US immigration laws and procedures.
- Liaise with embassies and consulates to ensure smooth application processing.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their concerns and keeping them informed throughout the process.
- Maintain detailed records of client applications and case files.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities for Visa Box Office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (International Relations, Law, Business Administration preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in visa processing, preferably for the USA.
- In-depth knowledge of US immigration laws, regulations, and visa categories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and visa application software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
