USA Tax Preparer/USA Tax Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced US Tax Preparer to join our team at iLead Tax LLC. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing individual and business tax returns, Excellent communications skills, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Role and Responsibilities -

- Demonstrate an understating of basic tax concepts and proactively increase tax knowledge through client assignments and current tax developments.

- Prepare tax returns and other informational forms as prescribed

- Deliver high-quality and timely work Research tax theory and positions, and apply them to specific client needs

- Develop client service and engagement - skills

- Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations

- Prepare accurate and timely federal, state, and local income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Multi-Task on various projects within the tax segment and be cross-trained

- Assist clients with tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize refunds.

- Communicate with clients to gather additional information and resolve discrepancies.

- Maintain data security and secure records of client information.

- Handle tax notices and resolve issues with tax authorities as needed.

- Stay informed of industry developments through training, certifications, and continuing education.

- Comply with the Firm's Compliance Procedure
