Position Summary:
As a US Recruiter at Shivansh Outsourcing, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth interview process.
Assess candidates skills, competencies, and cultural fit with clients organizations.
Extend job offers to selected candidates and facilitate the negotiation process.
Assist in the onboarding process, including background checks and necessary documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
Stay informed about industry trends, talent availability, and competitive landscape.
Ensure all recruitment processes comply with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in BPO.
3 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in US staffing.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
