Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a USA Counsellor - Regional Manager / Country Head. As the Regional Manager / Country Head, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the operations of our USA counseling division in Hyderabad. Your day-to-day tasks will include providing guidance and counseling to students, managing a team of counselors, building and maintaining relationships with partner universities, conducting student workshops, and ensuring the smooth execution of the study abroad process.

- Strong knowledge of the overseas education industry and study abroad processes
- Experience in counseling students for studying abroad
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Proven track record of achieving targets and meeting deadlines
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of visa application processes and requirements
- Good understanding of international universities and their admission criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages is a plus
