US Voice - Night shift

US shift voice process

>ROLE: US Debt collection

>SALARY: 20k to 45k

>WORKING DAYTS: 5 days working

>WORKING TIME: 8pm to 5am , different shift

RESPONSIBILITY:

* Make outbound calls to customers in order to collect past due bills.

* Meet department productivity and quality standards

* Ability to handle high volume calls

* Strive to achieve a first call resolution in order to collect the outstanding bill.

* Ability to apply independent judgment to handle all aspects of collection process.

* Responsible for corresponding with customers.

Requirements

Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.

Minimum 6 months experience for US based 3rd party / International Sales

Should be willing to work in US Shifts

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month
