Required Skills:
2 to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment.
1 to 2 years of experience in overseas IT recruitment, specifically in North American recruitment.

Ability to use innovative hiring channels beyond the traditional job portals.
Actively source resumes through the internet, social media, job portals, and database mining.
Utilize Boolean Logic, x-raying, networking, and referral promotion to generate robust candidate pools.
Utilize creative talent practices to drive business results.
Ability to provide regular and ad-hoc reports to management as determined.
Organize and update potential hire information in the database.
Convert potential leads to pre-emptive hires to maintain a pool of in-demand talent.
Act as a positive liaison between the company and the candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and an expert grasp of MS Office tools.
A thorough grasp of employment types (W2/1099/C2C) in the USA is necessary.
Proven experience managing and achieving targets at past jobs is necessary.
Ardent desire to self-learn.
Comfortable with high-speed working under pressure.
Should display motivation in learning and staying up to date with innovative technologies.
Knowledge of USA visa classification Terms, Rules, and compliance Policies, including H1B, OPT, Stem OPT, H4 EAD, and TN Visa.
