Qualifications And Skills

  • CPA (Certified Public Accounting) certification
  • Expertise in US Tax laws and regulations
  • Experience with tax forms 1120S, 1065, and Corporate Tax filings
  • Certified IRS Enrolled Agent status preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Business Tax practices

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough reviews of US Tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Prepare and file tax forms 1120S, 1065, and other necessary corporate tax documents
  • Work closely with clients to address tax-related queries and provide professional advice
  • Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure proper adherence
  • Collaborate with the tax team to optimize tax strategies and minimize liabilities
