Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant (US), or other qualified professionals in the accounting field
Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting with at least 3+ years in a managerial role
Excellent knowledge of US Accounting and taxation laws and practices
Strong communication and leadership skills
Manage a team of accountants and ensure accurate financial statements.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting software
Experience in managing and training team members
Certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA would be a plus
