Job Title: US Tax Analyst

Reports To: Tax Manager
Job Overview
The US Tax Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and filing of federal state, and international tax forms.
Key Responsibilities
- Tax Compliance:
- Prepare and file federal (Form 1120 & Form 1065), state, and international tax forms (Form 5471 and Form 5472)
- Prepare Tax Workpapers like Federal and 5471 workpaper
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax documents.
- Prepare State Franchise taxes and Form 1099 compliances
- Financial Analysis:
- Prepare Client's annual books from the source documents like Bank transactions, Customer invoices, and Vendor bills.
- Prepare Financial statements with supporting schedules
- Reconcile tax accounts and prepare necessary journal entries.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and organized tax records and documentation.
- Effectively communicate with the respective stakeholders
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Preferred Enrolled Agents.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance, within a corporate environment or public accounting firm.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
