Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate business through online, System Integrators and Implementation Partners
  • At least 3-4 Years of experience in US Staffing.
  • Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites.
  • Sound understanding of Technologies.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and meeting targets on regular basis.
  • Respond to RFIs / RFQs and all other clients requests.
  • Create all comprehensive proposal detailing and estimates etc.
  • Targeted business and revenue generation.
  • Need to interact with clients over Phone/ Skype and VOIP etc.
  • Handle complete sales cycle.
  • Experience in Negotiation and Closing deals.

Required Candidate Profile

  • 3-4 Years experience as Business Development Executive in US Staffing
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Well versed with bidding portals and other platforms.
  • Strong Interpersonal/Analytical skill.
  • Business oriented and comprehensive writing abilities in order to generate various proposals.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Understanding of marketing concepts.
