Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a US Staffing BDM at Boston Associate Software Systems. The US Staffing BDM will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with staffing and business development in the US market. This includes building and maintaining client relationships, identifying staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development and staffing in the US market
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in sourcing and screening candidates
• Knowledge of US staffing regulations and compliance
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
