We are looking for a US Soft Collections professional with 0-5 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable with making outbound calls to customers and have experience in handling customer queries and complaints.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers in the US to collect outstanding payments
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers
• Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain accurate records of all collections activities
• Meet daily and monthly collection targets
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 0-5 years of experience in US Soft Collections
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
