Key Responsibilities
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions that address their challenges.
Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including initial contact, follow-up, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our solutions and identify new opportunities.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in our CRM system. Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
Requirements and skills:
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
Candidate should have 8+ years of full sales cycle experience in Software Industry. Preferably includes 5+ years of experience with Robotic Process Automation.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
Solid experience with CRM software and MS O ice (particularly MS Excel). Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
