5+yrs of exp in money out processes such as inservice withdrawal, survivor benefit, immediate annuity, Deferred annuity, Hardship withdrawal determination & payments rollerout

Hands on experience with developing process documentation, COPIS , Capturing exceptions , process flow, process maps & NIGO rules.

SME/ Trainer with 2+yrs of exp in remote transitions, developing quality checks , performing RCA

ASPPA Certification (preferred)

Any Graduation
