We are seeking a dedicated and experienced US Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for
direct hire positions across non-IT roles in the US market. This is a remote position, and the candidate will work from home in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and identify candidates for direct hire positions.
- Work on non-IT requirements across various industries.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to find suitable candidates.
- Conduct phone interviews to qualify candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for future job openings.
- Ensure proper documentation of all recruitment activities.
Key Requirements
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience recruiting for US-based positions, with a focus on direct hire roles and non-IT requirements.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technology: Must have a reliable internet connection and a working laptop with necessary tools for virtual recruitment.
- Availability: Willingness to work US hours (night shifts) from India.
