Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a US Recruiter at RapidCrew Solutions Inc. located in Ahmedabad. As a US Recruiter, you will be responsible for various recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for US-based clients. You will collaborate with hiring managers, understand their requirements, and facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process to identify and attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Prior 1 year experience as a recruiter, preferably in US recruitment.
• Good knowledge of US employment laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to source and attract candidates using various channels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
