Qualifications And Skills
- Junior level: 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a US-based environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Experience with sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards
- Ability to meet targets and quotas effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Roles And Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for US-based positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing methods
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential matches for specific roles
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing applications, and making job offers
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
- Provide a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

- Partial US shift - 4 pm IST to 12 am IST
