Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for handling IT and non-IT requisitions from US-based clients.
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting source, qualify, interview, offer, negotiate, and close positions.
  • Source from job boards including but not limited to Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
  • Identify and interview candidates to gain an understanding of their skillset and career goals.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, prepare candidates for meetings, follow up after meetings.
  • Negotiate contracts, offers, and manage all facets of the placement process.
  • Should stay updated with Technical knowledge and awareness of the latest emerging IT /Non-it technologies.
  • Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Overall, responsible for achieving good conversion of requisitions to submissions - submissions to interviews interviews to placements


  • Any Graduate with Good Communication Skills
